ThirdSpace currently operates on two levels, reflected in two overlapping communities that meet on a Wednesday night and on a Sunday morning. For some of us, who come exclusively on a Wednesday, ThirdSpace is an ecumenical group which complements our church involvement elsewhere. For others of us, ThirdSpace is church -  an “emerging church” or “small missional community” or something else that sounds experimental. Perhaps we are one of many blueprints, in as much as there will be such, for the new Post Christendom church! No that sounds a tad pretentious.

We are linked with  CMS – The Church Mission Society  as they develop small missional communities like us – for us it will mean we will be able to be encouraged, mentored and accompanied along the journey and hopefully at some point in the future, bring something to CMS too.
